1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Principled Action Corps website, portal, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. About the Principled Action Corps

The Principled Action Corps ("the Corps," "we," "our") is a civic organization dedicated to principled civic engagement guided by the values of Equity, Liberty, and Accountability. Our mission is to empower individuals to serve their communities through organized, principled action.

3. Membership and Participation

Membership in the Corps is voluntary. By submitting a membership application, you agree to:

• Uphold the principles of Equity, Liberty, and Accountability in your conduct.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and profile.
• Make a good-faith effort to volunteer at least one hour per week in service of the Corps and its mission.
• Treat all Corps members, partners, and community members with respect and dignity.
• Comply with all Corps policies, guidelines, and governance decisions.

4. Corps Portal Access

Access to the Corps Member Portal is granted upon approval of your membership application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information or allow unauthorized access to your account. The Corps reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for violations of these Terms or Corps policies.

5. Code of Conduct

All members agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the Corps' values. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
• Misrepresentation of the Corps or its positions.
• Unauthorized use of Corps branding, materials, or intellectual property.
• Actions that bring harm or disrepute to the Corps or its members.
• Sharing confidential Corps information without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and resources produced by or for the Principled Action Corps remain the intellectual property of the Corps unless otherwise stated. Members may use Corps materials for authorized Corps activities only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Corps materials is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Corps does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Principled Action Corps and its officers, governors, directors, and members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

10. Termination

The Corps may suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or Corps policies, or for any conduct deemed inconsistent with the Corps' values and mission. You may also voluntarily withdraw your membership at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and notify members through the Corps Portal or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
